Clean and modern interiors. Kind staff. Lots of common space, including a rooftop terrace. No charge for coffee and pastries. Helpful with transportation and restaurant recommendations.

This homestay is located in a private locked area, relatively close to the historical center but not in a very walkable area. However, it is easy to get to the main attractions by taxi or tuk tuk. The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern and chic furnishings. The bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped, with free-standing tubs and separate showers. The service provided by the family who runs the homestay is friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for food and assistance with transportation. The shared hangout area on the top floor is a bonus, offering free coffee, tea, muffins, and cereal.
The breakfast options are limited, with no official breakfast provided.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering all the attention to detail that went into the rooms. Speaking of which, the rooms were located in a quiet area, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. I can't think of anything that needs improvement.
